I love the fact that for once our oline has homegrown options to fill a need. However, if we think they are a group on the rise, meaning getting better (cross fingers here), then you have to be concerned with using a talented guy like Marpet at center, taking away from the synergy he's built with Dotson. Small, trivial, maybe...I've heard of guys moving and it not be successful. We here in Tampa haven't had the best of luck with oline experiments.
With all that said, Scottie referring to your FA update, what would be the best and most optimal shake up of the oline? Who best deserves and or wants the challenge of keeping their job at center or making the move to center? How realistic is the depth of the two young guys? Can one of them realistically come from no where and win that job?
Again I love the options, but what is the best move and or fit to optimize the depth we conceivably have right now?
