I've been parking in lot 13 for years because you can park with friends & tailgate. As far as I know it's the only lot that doesn't make you park in a certain spot. Unfortunately the lot is a mess this year as they've installed six foot chain link fencing in order to control traffic & royally screwed up the lot. I've seen areas of Bucs fans off of Himes ave, any of you guys park over there? We have three carloads every game & would like to move. Thanks
