Now that Belichek is unchained from Tom Brady, how is he doing? Not so great. Is it time to worry about the poor Patriots? They are 2-3 and Cam Newton's QB rating has gone down every game from 100 to 94 to 75 to 52. He's thrown for a grand total of two TD passes. They have scored 22 points in the last two games. That's horrific. Sure they have two games against the Jets, but other than that there are no easy games left for them.
Or is this just a bump in the road and Belichek's team will come roaring back? I just don't think so because they have no offensive weapons. What the hell was Belichek thinking when he didn't get into the quarterback derby this offseason?
