Not sure what to make of it. If McGaughey keeps his job, we aren’t very serious as an organization.
Also, please no Monken as his replacement. He’s terrible.
and so it begins
If the Bucs struggled to get an OC when Bowles first took over (Canales the only choice) how in the heck do they attract a competent OC now?
He had to be fired. I assume special teams is next
Mike McDaniel fired. get him in here stat!

Tampa job may be enticing to McDaniel
let's say offense performing high and we are 1-4 record scoring 30 points a game but losing because of defense well.....could be an opportunity for interim job opening
or
would Tampa make the same mistake twice? Bucs have a top 5 scoring offense, go 10-7, 11-6 led by offense, get bounced in first round again and McDaniel getting head coaching interviews; surely they would decide to go with the offensive guy and retire Bowles, right?
so i do think it could be enticing particularly with our offensive fire power.
Mike McDaniel fired another name we need to look at
He had to be fired. I assume special teams is next
The fact that he wasn’t first is a joke in itself.
Need an experienced play caller.

lmao . .. the order matters?
McGaughey on his resume . . I was fired, but not first!
Mike McDaniel fired. get him in here stat!
I doubt this happens BUT IF IT DID, I assume people would start to think a little differently about 2026?
What if McDaniel happened and Foote is elevated to play calling DC? It would probably take that or a DC from the outside before any change in outlook?
I'd be thrilled if we hired McDaniels at OC

I thought he was HEAVY come run guy.
That doesn’t bode well for this line or RB’s.
I think it’s going to be Monken.
