As i said before, Bucs go 11-6 next year, have a top 5 offense, and their OC gets head coaching gigs,
or like Grizz the team does poorly and you get fired or the HC gets fired
they fired everyone but the one who should have been fired
I‘m truly and heavily disappointed
Nah they fired everyone who deserved to be fired but left one out.
It should have been a house clearing day

grizz wasn’t qualified
we have a better play caller and clearly this is a double digit win team

so I get your point and its a fair one BUT I just cant see a sport in an "on paper" way that you are describing.
Part of the story of the 2025 team is massive injuries, particularly on the offensive side of the ball and with Mayfield and then with a complete collapse of the defensive side of the ball. So you may be right, but a season isnt "this roster and coaches" versus "this roster and coaches" its that AND what is happening behind the scenes, and which way is the momentum heading and who is under what pressure.
This is why good teams and coaches still lose. The Panthers beat the Rams during the season. That will make it much tougher to beat them in the playoff, right?
grizz wasn’t qualified
Clearly that doesn’t mean a damn thing to this organization based on this week’s events.
