I think Gruden would energize this fan base that is apathetic
Polarize would be more accurate.
wins would energize the fan base. who cares who the coach is?
Does anyone here remember why Gruden was fired? I do. Schiano's first team scored more points and generated more yardage than Gruden ever did, and Gruden had seven years. Gruden proved he couldn't maintain a team, much less build one. If stupidity was a capital offense, this world wouldn't be nearly so crowded.
Gruden was a good coach that I would be happy to have back.Although, I believe we could should find a coach with experience developing qb's and/or playcalling.Besides, I don't believe he likes the glazers all that much.

Spoken from the first guy who should be led to the chair. Putting up big numbers when it doesn't matter is nice. Putting them up in big games is better.Only Bucs coach to win three division titles. Only Bucs coach to win 11 or more multiple times. Care to guess the only Bucs HC to see his team score over 30 in a playoff game? Clue: he did it twice.
