One person that I do not see anyone talking about on here is Pharoh Cooper. Jameis needs some more weapons around him and with the occasional South Carolina games that I cared to watch within his 4 years there, every game he was the most explosive player on the field. Not to mention he is super fast and a very talented kick and punt returner. I think we should use this 4th round pick on him. I think another option is Sheldon Day from ND if Cooper isn't there for our pick.
