Bruce Almighty has been selected as the next HC. This has been in the works for months.
What is still up in the air are thr coordinators. The hope is for Freddie Kitchens as OC, but it looks like Cleveland will try to keep him at all costs. It sounds like Todd Monken, should he not be offered a HC position, will remain as OC to provide transitional continuity among the offense, that mostly will remain intact next season.
As far as DC, the Bucs will be interviewing Kris Richard for the HC gig, but they will also look to gauge his interest in coming in as the DC under Arians, likely for a large chunk of Glazer change. Currently he is the DB coach in Dallas, so the DC role would be a promotion. Should Richard turn down the DC role, Todd Bowles will likely be brought in.
