Possible OC Candidates

Anyone know anything about Matt Cavanaugh, QB coach for the Bears?Here's the wikipedia article: has playcalling experience at the NFL level (Bears, Ravens, Jets) and has made Cutler and McCown look like world beaters. A lot of that can be attributed to Marc Trestman's offensive system but still, I think he might be a good candidate because the players that we currently have are very comparable to those on Chicago's offense. I honestly think that Glennon could flourish in a QB-friendly scheme like the one currently being run up in the Windy City. Thoughts?Any other names? I am thinking that there will be few successful coordinators out there at the pro-level that would accept a lateral transfer. So I'm thinking QB coaches in the NFL and former HCs/OCs at the college level.
