Good morning, Bucs fans and PewterReport.com readers! It's game day and I hope you enjoyed the extra hour of sleep this morning.
BIG game today as a win puts the Bucs right back into playoff contention and even in the race for the NFC South crown. A loss drops Tampa Bay to 3-5 and I think I saw a stat that said that only 8 percent of teams with a 3-5 record have made the playoffs dating back to 1990. So if there was a time to steal another road win for the Bucs it would be this week as it would also give the team a 2-1 record in the NFC South. The Bucs were swept by the Panthers last year.
