I don't follow Seahawk football
You've already proven that:
Carroll-style offense would drive some of the fans here nuts
Hell, you barely follow the Buccaneers and your takes are equally as bad. Simply put, you don't know what you are talking about. It's why you have to constantly scour the internet to try to back-up your dumbass takes.
You mean posting information from the Internet that says you are you wrong or . . . worse . .DISHONEST? Like that time you said you were AGAINST the Payroll Protection Plan . . . without thinking (shocker) that THE TRUTH is public information? :-)
Buggsy, you don't have to follow Seahawks football to KNOW that Carroll's offense drives Seahawk fans AND PLAYERS nuts. Thats why its so funny to see you "flex" your supposed "football acumen" by referring to Waldron's Seahawks offense. Anyone with an OUNCE of "football acumen" -- even a JV-level failed o-lineman - would know that Waldron's HIRING (he never met Carroll before he was hired) and his offense was THE PRODUCT of that frustration with Carroll boiling over, inclufing with a famous former Seattle QB:
"Five things we learned from new Seahawks offensive coordinator Shane Waldron . . .
. . .When taken in totality, the comments (by Russell Wilson) suggest a more open offense could finally be making its way to Seattle, which should make Wilson happy -- at least until the Seahawks lose a close game and Pete Carroll insists "getting back go the rushing attack" will cure all ills."
That, my Lilliputian friend, is why I posted earlier that one interesting facet of this years Bucs is whether Canales is more Carroll or Waldron.
Catch up . . . oh wait . . .
Did I miss where the little bitch accepted the proposed bet?
Buggsy, maybe stick to the SDE mud slinging . . . it suits you. In fact, do that while posting about why the traffic is down on this board . . . ROFLMAO
By the way, what did that same article say about play action?
Especially as it relates to last season and with our last QB?
Just to keep Buggsy from hijacking the football talk . .
I am excited about Canales. The timing might not be great for him here (team in flux, start of his play calling), but if you listen to him talk he comes across like a next generation Carroll, in the very best sense. He definitely has the "keep the ball" mentality of Carroll, but also seems to have a lot of great offensive influences. This season may be a little rough, who knows, but at least that part should be interesting
Yes, that is one thing that will definitely change no matter which side Canales emulates
Exactly.
Which is why it was comical listening to the 2 biggest simpletons last year claiming "you can't run play action unless you're running the ball well".
This archaic and outdated line of thinking has been debunked so many times it's comical to hold on to such prehistoric thoughts.
Glad to see we don't have that at OC last year. Even with a vanilla game plan in an opening preseason game, we saw a massive amount of passes out of play action. The route concepts were night and day to what we saw last year. Guys were WIDE open on all levels. Schemed open.
Here's to hoping Baker can somewhat resurrect his career here.

They were precious. At least one of them had the nads to admit he was openly defending Leftwich. The other dingleberry still shamelessly acts as if he wasn’t.
Par for the course with that particular lonely loser.
Go Bucs
44 yard return cancelled by holding call
WR Moore should have caught that ball. Alligator arms.
They just need to name Baker the starter on Monday and get it over with.
I honestly have no idea why Keith Armstrong is still the special teams coach. He sucked for years in Atlanta and he’s sucked for years in Tampa.
Bucs run game might be worse than last years .
You know this defense is bad when a dogshit QB like Zack Wilson is carving you up.
It’s only preseason but Canales hasn’t shown too much creativity
hopefully by design
