Brock Jensen was the QB for North Dakota State for three and half years. Not exactly the greatest competition up there in the Missouri Valley Football Conference, but it is still Division 1. Pretty much the same level of competition Jimmy Grappolo played against. Positives:Size. Jenson is almost 6'3" and 225lbs. Pretty much prototypical size for an NFL QB.Arm Strength. He has a very strong arm as can be seen in the video I posted below. Makes all the deep throws as well as 10-20 yard lasers. Accuracy. You can see from the video he is pretty accurate with his ball placement. Over the past three years his completion % has been 64%....which is very good.Pocket Awareness. Doesn't get flustered by the pass rush even when they are right on top of him. Moves around well and buys time from the pocket. Durability. Has played 15 games each year for the past 3 years. Never had a serious injury. Never missed a game. Mobility. He is elusive in the pocket and has shown the ability to run when needed. Had over 1200 rushing yards and 35 rushing TDs in college.Production. North Dakota State only plays one FBS school per season. In his three years starting he was 3-0 vs the FBS. 6-0 if you count Bowl Games. His stats improved in every area each year. They have gone 14-1. 14-1, and 15-0 with Jensen under center. Every year they have gone to the play offs and won the Championship for their conference. In 2013 Jensen had 44 total TDs and just 7 Ints. Brock Jensen is not currently projected to be drafted in May. Would be an outstanding pick up for camp and then the PA. Type of guy that could definetly outperform his expectations and eventually earn a spot on the final 53. Definitely worth a look.
