Qb or OC which is first?

We are all worried about the Qb - first off Winston rumor is he will stay another year with FSU, and no one really on this board is totally sold on Mariota.  (Yes the Bucs need a Qb a franchise Qb! )  I believe we should be worried about OC because we could be stuck with an OC who thinks he can make something out of McClown and/or Glennon.  I could go with a Chud or Roman, no more Bears crap on this team we are Buccaneers.  I just hope that the Gm is ready to take us to the next level.
