An obvious statement that we all know and believe and even Rachaad White potentially with his best contribution to the Bucs being this statement! Can the Bucs front office wake up and force this upon Bowles or are we going to have another bottom 10 defense as a result of it?

“I do feel like coach Bowles, I do think it would be easier on him. I do think he should let somebody else call defense and he just be a head coach. I feel like he’d probably be better off by doing that so he can just focus on really just the head coaching job, and just trust that he has the right defensive staff and things like that.”
White has always seemed the team player so to me that makes this his most interesting comment

said another way, we was doing too much and thus not doing either one particularly well. Otherwise, he wouldn't be throwing that out on the way out. White cares about his teammates and likely others share the same view

Yes, exactly. Being a HC is a lot different than being a coordinator and obviously involves more responsibilities etc.
Yes on White too. He doesn't strike me as some angry loose cannon.
