Rams back to LA?

Stan Kroenke - C - RamsRams owner Stan Kroenke plans to build an NFL stadium in Los Angeles.We've all heard countless rumors and blueprints over the last 20 years of an NFL franchise returning to Los Angeles. But this one appears real. Kroenke's announcement comes with a site he already owns in Inglewood and a plan (80,000-seat stadium). Per the L.A. Times, it also marks the first time an existing NFL owner has controlled a local site large enough for a stadium and parking. It appears Kroenke is angling toward bringing the Rams -- who left L.A. in 1995 -- back to the nation's second-largest market by 2016.
