So pathetic how McDummy keeps his job. This is what accountability and leadership looks like when unit consistently underperforms.
Wish we had something close to that...
Not sure because this could backfire given it is late in the season.

For us, how could it get any worse?
For the Rams... Idk, their special teams for kicking has been poor but outside of that I haven't followed them closely.
The punt return cost them that game tho.
Honestly if the Bucs fired their ST coach early in the season it would have improved the Bucs ST in all likely hood. Fortunately for the Rams they have an experienced assistant ST coach in Kotwica but you never know when making such changes late in the season. McGaughey has experience but how much experience does Tandy have to be THE ST coach if he was to take over?
can we hire Blackburn now?
i mean they promoted from within so not sure how improved it will be
Bucs should have fired McGaughey after the Eagles game. But as others have said, not sure how you bring somebody in from the outside mid-season and how effective that would be
like to me firing McGaughey but then promoting someone from within would provide no value
The late penalty on ST. A head butt by one of our backup LBs.
shows how much this team has quit, poorly coached etc.
