Just saw it on NFL network.
Hasn't been made public yet but Bucs have requested to interview McDaniels. Rap mentioned the connection with Licht having worked together in Foxboro.
Sounds like he is 'our guy' considering he is out first interview request.
Arians specifically said today that he 'would listen if the Bucs call' meaning we have not reached out to him yet, but we have already put in the request for McDaniels to interview?
I'm not sure how this will turn out if true. McDaniels wasn't any good in Denver. Not sure about all the reasons why though, other than starting Tebow at QB lol.
