Ray Rice was arrested this weekend. Apparently his fiance spit in his face and he responded by knocking her unconscious with an upper cut. And here I thought Ray was one of the good guys. WTF is wrong with people? http://deadspin.com/ray-rice-arrested-in-atlantic-city-after-altercation-wi-1524046109
I think they both got arrested for assault? Idk. Twitter has rumors
well Im not violent natured and would never think about treating a girl wrong, but at the same time if my gf spit in my face, I dont know if id act rationally.

Being spit on strikes a cord for many. I know it does me. And if I had been drinking, I might lose my head for a minute and need to be separated so I don't choke the b!tch....but I wouldn't even think about upper cutting a women and knocking her out. That thought shouldn't even cross a man's mind.
You do not hit a woman. End of story.
god damn
On Saturday February 15, 2014 at 2:51am Atlantic City Police responded to Revel Casino for a domestic dispute. Uniformed Officer Cuong Sam and Officer Bryon Hargis met Revel Security at the porte-cochere and were escorted to both parties involved in the incident. The male and female involved were identified as Raymell Rice and Janay A. Palmer. After reviewing surveillance footage it appeared both parties were involved in a physical altercation. The complaint summons indicates that both Rich [sic] and Palmer struck each other with their hands. The responding officer signed a simple assault complaint against both Rice and Palmer. Both Ms. Palmer and Mr. Rice refused any medical attention as no injuries were reported by either party. The couple were transported to the Atlantic City Police Department holding facility and charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence. They were both released on a summons to appear in court.
The keyword there is struck with their hands and not fist. Also the world simple assault.

Oh so if someone has a penis, I can legally hit him? Didn't know that.
Now all the people who scream about equal rights will suddenly have an issue with her being treated equally.Personally I would try my hardest to never be in a situation that requires me to hit anyone in anger like that but they do exist and far too many women hide behind the unwritten law that a man should never hit a woman or he's not a "real man", they push & push & push some more, then the moment the guy is about to say/do something it's "what you gonna do, hit me?" and act like the victim. And suddenly he's the bad guy?

You don't understand equal rights. They only want equal rights where it benefits them.

Actually we equalists despise the domestic violence of women on men that goes ignored.

You don't speed or go through a stop sign without a FULL 3 second stop or change lanes without a blinker or drive without headlights when your wipers are on. End of story. It's funny how people are selective on which laws they follow and which they break.

Yes. You don't hit women. Period. It's kinda sad this has to be explained. Shame on all of you for trying to blur the line. It's a simple rule. Maybe I'm just old school and the younger generation needs MTVs Guy Code to go over this topic. It's not up for debate to me.
