I saw a 300 lb women beating the crap out of a 150 lb man one night. Avoid bad situations is all I can suggest. Stay away from women who don't have your best interests in mind. "Beat the b!tch" is not the proper alternative.

Don't have that problem. I learned from my first and only mistake. I chose wisely the second time around. If any woman pisses you off enough that you feel the need to hit her, it's time for a change of scenery. She doesn't love you. Pack it (or her) up, and one of you move on. Life's too short. For the record, mine works full time and I'm retired. She still comes home and cooks the meals. The rest we work together to get done. I'll do my part as long as I am able. Rules are for children. Adults need a plan that they both can agree to, and sometimes you have to have an alternative. Everything can't be set in stone every day.
