Lets go on the assumption that the rest of the draft goes fairly well and no major injuries occur this year. What are your realist projections for Winston?Attempts:Personally, I think the Bucs want to let him loose and see what he can do and I think Winston wants to do that too. He will be a throwing machine with 500+ attempts.Completion Percentage: He is still learning and sadly interceptions are won't count as completions. I'm thinking around the 55% areaYards:With all those attempts and he will certainly take shots down field, 3750+TD's:This is where he may not shine to start. I think he will struggle in the red zone, especially with interceptions. But still, he will have more than any recent Bucs QB with 20+Interceptions:Winston still has a lot to learn, especially when it comes to the size of the window as compared to college. There will be too many times where he thinks he can just fire it in there and it results in a pick. I also think, at least to start, that he will struggle mostly in the red zone. I think his TD to Int ratio will be close to 1-1 and hopefully not much worse. 20+Overall:Winston is going to have moments where he looks like an NFL god and others where he reminds everyone he is just a rookie. Besides the playbook and the new team around him, he needs to learn how his skill fits into this new world. He will have to use more of the football smarts than he did in college. Ceiling: Rookie of the Year, Floor: mixed bag of very good and very bad. Overall, I think Winston, if he puts in the time next off season, will be night and day better in year two. But until then, I think Winston will be a mixed bag.Bucs Record - 6-10 - There just isn't enough talent (or talent with experience) on the team yet.
