http://www.thebaycave.com/2014/03/07/source-bucs-will-be-big-players-for-garrett-graham/ With less than impressive performances on the offensive side of the ball, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were believed to make some major changes on offense this offseason. Injuries and poor offensive output largely contributed to the lack of execution but after being ranked at the very bottom of the league in total offensive production, it was inevitable that the new regime was going to look closely at each position – one of them being tight end.According to a source, Tampa Bay is one of seven teams that are interest in Houston Texans tight end Garrett Graham if he hits the open market. They are said to be the “biggest players” for the 27-year old Wisconsin product. TheBayCave.com also learned that the Texans are currently making attempts to bring him back.Graham finish the 2013 campaign with 49 receptions for 545 yards and five touchdowns with Houston. For his career, he has recorded 78 receptions for 832 yards and eight touchdowns, all as a member of the Texans.Rookie quarterback Mike Glennon seemed to build a chemistry with rookie tight end Tim Wright in 2013. The two connected 54 times for 571 yards and five touchdowns in 2013. It was an unexpected performance for the undrafted rookie out of Rutgers, but a welcomed one at that. The Buccaneers also have tight end Tom Crabtree on the roster, who was acquired last offseason out of Green Bay. Unfortunately, he was unable to contribute much last season due to a high-ankle sprain he suffered in the preseason. Crabtree appeared in seven games with five starts, totaling four catches for 21 yards and a touchdown. The team also has Luke Stocker, Nate Byham, and Kyle Adams currently on the roster.Graham is one of three tight ends that TBC listed as potential targets for the Buccaneers this offseason. For now, all indications appear to be that he is on the top of their list.
