The Arizona Cardinals are fielding trade calls from teams interested in star cornerback Patrick Peterson, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Sunday.
According to Schefter, the Cardinals have gotten calls from at least three teams trying to trade for Peterson. Peterson, 28, has been the center of trade rumors this past offseason after he requested a trade back in October 2018. Peterson previously said he "desperately" wanted out of Arizona, who finished the 2018 season 3–13.
Peterson will be eligible to return on Oct. 20 against the New York Giants.
