At this point it’s just draft bias.

Obviously. That’s also why Elijah Roberts started and played more snaps than Logan Hall. Fuggin’ draft bias…

Yes that is probably is the game plan.

JC, look how far you've come from Coen was incompetent for not running Tucker 300 times

Exaggeration in an attempt to downplay how right I was the last 12 months. At the expense of everyone else being wrong. Tucker being iced lost this team games.

I mean, . . . .okay?  Whatever brings you confidence!

Now when Tucker looks pedestrian against a good defense again, this debacle will go away.

If the the poster in question had any sense, but that's not what we're dealing with here. You'll hear nothing about about Tucker's 3.5 YPC vs. White's 5.4 YPC against the Rams.

There are people who understand and can analyze the game, and then there are people who cannot.

Check in after Week 1: Rachaad White is the starting RB.

Week 1 - 2024

White  -2.1 YPC

Irving - 6.9 YPC

Solak . . .claimed the biggest difference with the Bucs’ offense from last year to this year, aside from injuries, is that these screen passes that worked so well are not working at all this year.

“The efficacy of the screens,” Solak said, “it’s been the ability to throw the football, toss it behind the line of scrimmage in a designed fashion, and then be able to generate an explosive [play] out of that. It’s just not something you got from Rachaad White [this year]. You’ve got one or two reps from Sean Tucker. But it was formative to this offense under Liam Coen.

“It was like not just something they did well, it was part of their identity, was to be able to get you into screen looks and then throw them, because they like their offensive line was on the move so much.”

Watching the mismanagement of this backfield is torture.

Solid 0.0 ypc on 2 carries from Emmitt 2.0 today.

You can blame the 34th best center in the league for that one today.

Weird.

Bucky and White were substantially better with the same center.

That screams backfield mismanagement to anybody that understands the nuances of the game like the Red Board GM.

Grizzard was 39% run in a game we never trailed and the defense was playing well. He also didn’t balance the carries.

Yesterday Canales was 58% run and was able to split the carries 51/49%.

Different year, same problem. It will get us beat.

Canales was 58% run

These are from the Panthers post game

""I just feel like we really just got back to our identity there in terms of being able to grind and pound and just impose our will on the line of scrimmage," left tackle Ikem Ekwonu said. "I mean it definitely feels good, all those runs that were called today. We take it to heart. As an offensive lineman, you know, we want the onus on us.

friendly Pete Carroll-style (Coen style) playing through the RBs

"Sunday, Hubbard had 17 carries for 83 yards (4.9 per carry), while Dowdle had 18 carries for 58 yards (3.2 per), closer to the early season split in workloads. And Sunday, Hubbard added two catches for 41 yards, showing his burst on the outside.

"It's just fresh legs when they go out there," Canales said. "Whether it's a run or a pass, just get the ball into Rico and Chuba's hands and let them affect the game because of who they are, because of the aggressive style that they play with.

"And so, it's a dream to be able to have two guys that you can count on, and I can call anything that I have on the call sheet and, and trust that it's gonna get executed."

Get some juice from the defense, limit the risk of the QB

same thing the Bucs should be doing with Irving back

White left about 60 rushing yards on the field today. Never makes a second or third level defender miss

What's our RB's Total EPA and EPA/Rush numbers?

You know, the ones you treated as gospel last season?

Shouldn't be hard for you to find them and post them.
