Bruce likes to run the football. He emphasized this from day one.
The Bucs have been notoriously bad at running the football for too long now.
Free Agency: G Earl Watford, veteran minimum. J.A.G.
Draft: *crickets*...
What gives? Do we really think a new coaching staff is going to come in here and turn guys like Caleb Benenoch and Alex Cappa into pro bowlers overnight?
I have been a Peyton Barber fan longer than most, and that hasn't changed, but I am shocked we didn't draft a mid round RB like Rodney Anderson, who I think will be the steal of the draft for Cincinatti, by the way.
Ronald Jones has yet to do a damn thing in the NFL. As bad as last year made him look, it's hard to imagine a 180 turnaround. I guess we will see if he can do anything in year 2.
I'm not sure what the coaching staff sees in this run game that inspires confidence. How can we go into 2019 and expect to run the ball any better than last year, when the personnel is essentially the same?
We absolutely had to get a RG and we really needed to get a RT as well. We did neither.
I need explanations.
