                    Jets released the former Charger safety this week.
Very reliable, played 29 straight games since coming to the Jets in 2015.
He did have a season ending knee injury last season, but should be back and ready to go by week one of the regular season.
He is NO DOUBT better than any safety currently on our roster, unless you're counting on Evans being an all-pro from day one.
Gilchrist > Conte/Wilcox/Tandy/Evans
The only reason he was released was due to the Jets drafting safeties Jamal Adams and Marcus Maye with their first two draft picks last week.
