Division should have been wrapped up weeks ago if not for this horrible coaching staff. Despite the cap situation, despite baker, despite all of it, the talent on this team should have 4 more wins if not for the incompetence of the coaching. The coaches need to go unless by some miracle we win the Super Bowl
