So we know that today that the Bucs will have somewhere in the neighborhood of $60M to use this FA period...We also know that the 'floor' is an effectively a consolidated number of the 2013-2016 seasons caps... and what isn't spent goes to the NFLPA after this season...Any cap experts know how much the Bucs have to spend in 2016 to get to the floor so that they are not paying the NFLPA?Going to be a weird FA this time around...
