He is accused of assaulting a woman during an altercation at a Las Vegas casino on April 28.Per the report, Sapp has not yet been arrested or charged. The woman has met with police, and she reportedly suffered minor injuries.Sapp spent nine seasons with the Buccaneers and four with the Raiders in a career that began in 1995.
