The Glazer family made the decision early Monday to fire head coach Greg Schiano and general manager Mark Dominik after a 4-12 season. Sometimes, we forget that these are real people with wives and kids. I wish him luck in his next endeavor......but happy to be turning the page. MC, whats the latest with Q and Stokes?

Who would have thought generic defensive schemes, misuse of personnel, and an archaic offense and strategic philosophy wouldn't work?
