Should be Easiest Year Ever to Acquire Free Agents -- especially WRs

The Bucs are on the cusp of making a serious playoff run, have one of the 3 best young quarterbacks in the league, and already have a very strong Nr. 1 receiver. If you were a free agent WR, wouldn't you want to come to Tampa? Same for free agent tight ends. To a somewhat lesser extent, I think players at other positions would want to come to Tampa Bay. Since we are dropping VJax's salary we should have plenty of money to pickup a few top-notch players this off-season. Obviously free agency is not the way to build a team, but it is a good way to pick up a small number of missing pieces. A speed receiver who can get open quickly would help make up for our OL problems too.
