I am thinking no as the Bucs can use the cap space to upgrade other area of the team. Plus, I want to see more of Durham and Culp.
Honest, after his two very feminine drops that turned into INTs in prime time games, i was done with him.
We can get a cheaper just as mediocre tight end in free agency
He is probably odd man out because they have so many other weapons and another team may need him more. Comes down to price though
No, let him go. He’s the worst starting TE in the league.
playoff teams all had second string TEs better than Otton
He can’t block or receive at an average level.
if it was cheap like 1 year 4 mil or less maybe.
otherwise not interested. Our TE group was arguably the worst in the league. 1 TD? 2?
at least we are loaded at receiver but miss having an option like gronk out there for sure.
for the most part TE is a luxury. Nice to have an elite one, sure. But almost always more pressing needs. Can’t ever say I’ve said “this team is a TE(any team) away from being legit Super Bowl contenders”

More of Durham and Culp? Are you fucking blind?
Otton has had the yips the entire time he's been here..he's not a great blocker.
Quite frankly I'm not sure what Licht saw in him to begin with but there's a reason he went in the 4th.
Then I quickly realize Licht has these weird quirks in the draft.
3 Washington TEs
ASJ, Otton, Culp
3 LSU LBs
Alexander, Beckwith, White
Small school O-line
Goedeke, Mauch, Market
He just has these pockets he likes... 1 out of 3 have worked.
Otton is fucking trash. Be gone...
He's a decent option. For the right price, sure but they could really use a game changer.
Another Blue Licht special...no thanks. The guy sucks out loud. Useless.

This
I just think some other team pays more. But, Licht has a decent track record of keep guys so maybe.
one mock says hes gone
15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon
The Buccaneers landed Emeka Egbuka in Round 1 last April, but don't be surprised if they go back to the pass-catching well in 2026. After a hot start to the season, Baker Mayfield slowed down in the second half, and his offense could lose wide receiver Mike Evans and tight end Cade Otton. They are both free agents, and Evans is 32. Egbuka, Chris Godwin Jr., Jalen McMillan and Tez Johnson should be able to carry the WR room, but the tight end group would take a big hit.
What Tampa Bay needs is exactly what Sadiq would provide. He's a big, 6-foot-3 target with explosive traits, making him a matchup nightmare for opponents. Mayfield could get him the ball in space to let him use his after-the-catch ability to move the sticks or fire jump balls to him in the back of the end zone. I really like this match.
Yea let’s draft an offensive skill player and then crucify Bowles for the defense
