I have got to wonder how much of this is commonplace in the average NFL locker room. It sounds bad, yes, but its not that much worse than anything I experienced in college.

The victim of bullying needs to stand up for him or herself, but that is for the welfare of the victim. The focus should be the bully, not the victim, because the problem STARTS with the bully. There were many that could have stood up to the bully, none did and some joined

what he said is not the issue as much as the purpose . . . if it was just "hazing" he would not have texted others asking them to destroy evidence . . . threatened retaliation etc. Incognito knew his behavior was wrong
Martin hung out with and participated in many of the same activities as Incognito for a long time. But his role in his own misfortune is so easy to overlook.

So either Martin is the biggest wuss in the world, which might be possible, or the guy who got kicked out of two colleges, suspended numerous times, never got a second contract with any pro team he played for, is a walking personal foul, and generally a sociopath might have taken things too far. It's not like some player everyone likes and gets along with is being accused of this.
