Any time you can go to another team's stadium and win a game like that is effectively a MUST WIN for the home team its a great win and certainly Canales called a great game and mayfield was literally perfect (in terms of rating)
MIKE EVANS suggested the team was just hitting its stride with a new offense
So which is it? Is this the game that drive the Bucs to the playoffs? and Mayfield and Bowles in 2024
OR
Dis the Bucs just encounter a Packer team in collapse and the Bucs come back down to earth against the Jags?
Put your marker down
Evans said that about last year after he went off on the Panthers then we laid a dud against the Falcons, not playing our guys and got stomped in the first round.
i think we have a good shot to go 9-8 with obviously the Saints game being pivotal but i see us once again losing to the Cowboys in the first round
Bowles and Mayfield keep their job, exceeding everyone's expectations but delusional homer we are going to win it all every year Buc Fans
I forgot Evan’s said that. No way it was true then lol
i could see the Bucs losing one of these closing NFC games but I hope you’re right and agree it would be a season that exceeded reasonable expectations
“I believe this would be considered a signature win,” Goedeke added. “Us and the Packers, I know we were both kind of fighting for that playoff spot. Green Bay is a great team, they beat Detroit a few weeks ago at Detroit, beat the Chiefs. They’re a great team so just to have this win, it feels great.”
Prepare every week have the mentality of winning 9 straight and focus up and believe that "they" are not more talented than us, its only on our preparation and focus by which will carry us. the next 3 weeks will be a grind and test the mental toughness of the team. Holidays are coming up, were winning were feeling good. WGAF We can easily just as collapse if we sip our dam kool aid. This is usually when our team slacks off and expect to win. Wins dont happen by chance its by preparation and having a dog mentality that were grinding through this. This is what Brady lost his wife for.

I just wish to tell Goedeke and the entire team to stop sipping the kool aid, its one win and love isnt good, we still have 7 more to go
The signature win is looking like it was against the Vikes after all on opening day on the road. Doing it again against the Packers just shows they have some fight in them for December unlike last season where they slept walked into December games.
So far they have 7 wins against currently losing teams. 6 losses to winning teams. Only the Atlanta loss breaks the pattern. How about beating a winning team? Maybe we could call that a signature win. The only opportunity for that in the regular season is the Jaguars.
All wins are great. Would have to say the saints and falcons win rank as best since how pivotal they were in the division race
not many gave us a chance against the packers and we won by 2 TDs so very impressive along with the Vikings opener
the wins against Carolina, titans, and bears were all good but honestly, losses would have been unacceptable for a playoff bound team.
worst loss had to be the Texans. To let them drive the field with 40 seconds was terrible
eagles, 49ers, Bills, and Detroit were all expected and he were significantly outplayed. All good thing is that they are in the past so maybe we get hot at right time despite the talent gap.
Falcons loss was butt cheeks but we didn’t deserve to win that game and the colts is what it is
I think Bucs beat Jacksonville and New Orleans and clinch NFC South. Then, instead of going into the playoffs on a 6 game winning streak, Bowles benches starters and Bucs lose. It’s debated all week, Bucs lose in 1st round and we argue about it.

It’s one thing to maybe limit snaps in that situation but to do what he did last year was atrocious.
last year we never got going offensively. They showed signs of life in the Carolina second half. Should have seen what we could have did in Atlanta.
in any event, Dallas was a much better team and would have beat us anyway
this year the offense, atleast as of late, appears much better than last year, and we are clicking.
if we are riding a 5 game win streak heading into the final week, again a big hypothetical, we should start our guys and see how the game flows.
There would be something to be said about reaching double digit wins and riding a win streak into the playoffs.
but let’s debate that in week 18. One game at a time as these next 2 weeks won’t be easy
I dunno. I wanna have faith in Evans and the feeling that made him say that. Fuk it. Bucs will win out, and shock the World. Baker will shock the world, Godwin will justify his name, and yall will shit yalls pants with Joy as Bucs fans. Someone keep track of this post so yall can flame da fuk outta me if I'm wrong. Biggs, I give that power to you, youve shown your gifted in recalling old posts to bring back up laterz. Ive been following you for years, over time, you've gotten slightly less douchy, keep it up man, Ive been proud of that slow change. Any way, if Im wrong flame da'fuk outta me.

"What’s surprising is that Canales has been able to pull out some of these performances from Mayfield without relying on the quarterback’s crutch: play-action passing. In Cleveland, Mayfield’s success was almost directly tied to the offense’s ability to run play-action passes. If the Browns fell behind early or defenses were just able to defend those concepts, Mayfield didn’t have a plan B. He just wasn’t a quarterback you could trust to win in obvious passing situations. We’ve seen the inverse in Tampa Bay this season. Mayfield is playing his best ball when asked to just drop back and pass. The ball is getting out quickly, which suggests not only that he is seeing the field well, but also that Canales’s play designs are routinely providing him with immediate answers."
