Why the f*** don't they just start reviewing penalties like they do plays?
If a WR feels he was interfered with, or a HC believes his QB was hit illegally - there should be a challenge option. HC tosses a flag and the play is reviewed. Obviously it would work both ways. If a flag is thrown and the team feels it was BS.. they should be able to throw a flag and have it reviewed.
What is the downside to this???
The only one I can think of is that it could take extra time to play out an exhibition. If that's the case, change the quarters to 12mins. Would probably keep players healthier as a bonus.
