Slot WR? Who emerges?

Did the Bucs improve the player quality from last year?  Will the scheme allow for more impact from the position?  Lots of unanswered questions but a big reason why last year's offense was kind of stuck on neutral was the lack of a true slot WR.  Wright was used in such a capacity for most of last season but he wasn't generating the type of mismatches a speedy slot WR is truly capable of.
