So much goes into being a good franchise. It's something that obviously starts at the top. The Glazers, not being football people, seem to have no idea how to get this thing off the ground.
Here's some things that can't happen if you want to be successful.
1) You can't continue to whiff on coaches
2) You have to build with players that are not always going to be injured (why all the early injuries)
3) You don't cut players with all-pro talent that always come back to hammer your confused franchise
4) You don't let your GM waste valuable picks on any kicker
5) You make damn sure you have pass rushers
6) First round picks need to come in and play right away. Don't draft situational players with the #9 pick. Find ways to play him as much as you can
7) Stop letting Buc's history repeat over and over and over again. Example - Derrick Anderson always beats the Bucs, we are facing him next Sunday, the Bucs will lose to a really bad Panther team. This is as near a certainty as us losing to Jeff Fisher or us losing a home opener. Really tired of every Paxton Lynch and Case Keenum looking like Joe Montana every time we play them.
8) Lastly run the franchise with a sense of pride. I sometimes get the feeling that the Glazers are so aloof that they can't even throw a football. Damn I wish these goofs really knew this game. Sucks!!!
