I just read a Raiders fan's blog saying they should fire Greg Olson and promote Sparano to O.C.. I hope this move happens, and isn't just Sparano trying to gain leverage in contract negotiations.
Outstanding line coach. He was given quite possibly the worst o-line on paper last year with the Raiders and got solid play out of them all season.

Sparano's strength is coaching a power blocking scheme and that goes in line with what Lovie said Tedford will bring as OC. He may be able to get more out of some of the current guys but I still want to see a major overhaul of the OL.

I believe Tedford already hired his former passing game coordinator at Cal to be our QBs coach.
