SR/MC - question about Winston attending draft

Apologies if you guys already commented on it and I missed it, but have your sources made any reference to the reports that Winston won't attend the draft?  Any sense about whether that decision originated from the commissioner, Winston, or the Bucs? I'd have asked this in the Jason Cole thread, but Runole's got his seedy underbelly chant going, so thought it would be cleaner to ask you here.
