Yo, this take Carr at 7 talk by pr be about as silly as when they said we should sign freeman and marky mark Dominick to extensions man. We ain't gonna get any of the top qbs, so the smart play would be taking jimmy g in the second cuz even if he and we fall flat in 2014 we can still justify taking the or a top qb in the first round in 2015. Can't do that if we take Carr or any other qb in the first. You feel me dawg?
I don't know a whole lot about Donald- do you guys think he would be quick enough to play end?
Maybe but his size is an even bigger issue as he won't be able to get his hands on the OTs at all. You might get away with him as a 5 technique type but a really 43 DE, no.

Dal,I don't know. Watching him go one on one with OGs and OTs during the practices it looked like he could beat 1 V 1 on either one. His speed off the snap was impressive. It would be interesting to see him lined up beside McCoy. Would be similar to when Coach McKay had Selmon and Green on one side and told everyone else to take the other side.
I think Donald could play outside and be a productive pro, but he's a much, much better prospect as an interior rusher.

Yeah but those tackles were pathetic so beating the senior bowl tackles doesn't say much for what he is...plus those one on ones favor the defense big time. He is a guy you put inside and get as much out of him as you can.

Would not upset me to see him pewter and red
I say the Bucs need to go hard after Garappolo to potentially take the reins, in the event Glennon flounders. A second round backup is palatable. And his talent might be a massive surprise!I wanted Wilson. I think Garappolo might surprise. Guys who love the game and have proven they can play...just a winning combo IMO. Mosely in round 1. Garappolo in round 2. Resign MB, or nab THE KRAKEN, get Everson or someone with some skill...Bucs might be set for starters. Depth is a major issue. Guys are going to miss time. Their replacements have to be up to snuff, NFL ready cats. Go Bucs!
I can dig Garap in the 2nd and yes, depth is an issue. It's such an issue I can't figure out why some here want to gut the team.
Glennon can play like Peyton Manning in practice but if he keeps falling apart in the second half and the team is losing, he's not going to keep his job over a 1st rounder on the bench.
The whole team fell apart in the 2nd half of games. Im not blame that all on Glennon. That's Schiano's fault because he didnt know how to make half-time adjustments.
Exactly ....the kid deserves another year with real coaching around him .
