I just think we need a QB that plays with some passion for once, I miss those days with Garcia.
Sounds like Dom knew what he was doing from a player personnel standpoint, but was too easily influenced by coaches. Thats what a GM has to do. The roster is his, gameday is the coach's.Overall - not a terrible job by a young guy with a lot of promise. Hopefully he learns from his mistakes and goes on to have a very successful career. I appreciate the 19 years Mark. Good luck in the future.
One thing I can say is Glennon did show some fire during games, I know everyone bashes the kid saying he is a future back up but honestly with what he was dealt with, a terrible O line, a weak receiving core besides Vjax and Tim Wright and although Rainey was solid Doug Martin is such a beast it helps open the whole passing game. I am not at all saying I am completely sold on Glennon for the future but for what the kid was supposed to do and what he actually did was quite impressive. Also, our offensive scheme did not fit him at all, all we did was run deep routes and although he has a good arm his deep ball isn't there yet, Tedfords offense fits Glennon's style, short routes, spread the field and let him use the middle of the field and the short crossing routes he excels at. I am all for bringing in competition for the kid, such as Carr or Brett Smith who I am very high on From Wyoming. This team needs to rebuild the trenches and focus on speed for the offense.
Oh, now we are talking nice about him since we know he reads the boards? =P Two words: Michael Clayton
Well and can we all agree to act shocked that PR is carrying Dom's water for him? *gasp*
I'm Mark Dominik
Damn, I feel bad for Dominik man. He really tried his best to turn the franchise around he just didn't succeed. I hope he finds work elsewhere and prosper in a new role.
yup
The issue is Dom couldn't draft linemen on either side of the ball an d that was ultimately his downfall. Sounds like a good guy and a Buccaneer all the way but this is a business first. I thought he did a poor job overall. I'll wish him the best but I doubt he gets a GM job anytime soon without learning how to draft linemen.
College scout.
BTW: How did he plan on overhauling the line when he was scared to draft any o-lineman ?? He's the whole reason the line sucks and has no depth to begin with.If our former GM is still reading this :Don't let the door hit you in the ass, Dummynik !!!

Want to know what's "fuggin lame" ? That is what's "fuggin lame" you lifeless little twit. Have you figured out the advantage of favorable down and distance yet ?? Let us know when you do, Brett Blackburn. LMAO.
I wish Dom well. He left us with talent
I should say that my first name is Dominic and "Dummynik" was an insult kids used on me in like 3rd grade.
