I liked him...He really tried to provide the coaches with what they needed and maintained the cap well.  I hope he finds success.

dude made more money in the last 5 years than most on this board will make in their lifetime.  Not like he's going to be homeless and living on welfare and food stamps.

Don't be so sure. The number of times he got bent over a table by agents when it came to deal it wouldn't shock me if he were being paid in peanuts, his negotiating skills are awful.

Yo, let me guess. If we wind up winning games this year the marky mark report will remind all of us how there boy Dominick is the one to credit.

He's no longer our GM. While I don't think that is a bad decision - some of you guys have no class. You don't like him, he made some bad decisions. It's done.

No class because we point out faults in a piece that sucks up to him in nauseating ways?It seems that excuses are being found for every mistake he ever made by blaming others while trying to give credit for anything good that was done while he was here.

Giving all that money to Antonio Bryant (lots of things did not make the media, if they did it would have been a chit storm) and Eric Wright for even just one season was a slap in the face to every Buc fan and they don't even realize it. No class would describe many players that Dominik made multimillionaires for doing absolutely nothing.

I guess it's just easier for some to be happy that the past 5 years are over with and there's a lot of promise right now. I don't want to remember the past 5 years of Buc football, let alone still hold a grudge about Antonio Bryant. Let it go guys. Be happy it's over.

What if we're not convinced it really is over and this new hire is just an extension of the nightmare?I'm overjoyed that Morris, Schiano & Dom are in our past but the thing is the team still has their fingerprints all over it and will for a few season yet.

Scott, Can you please link me to any article or post where you've ever made the following statements before:*  In 2009, respected wide receivers coach Richard Mann frantically begged and implored Dominik to re-sign wide receiver Michael Clayton. Mann said that Clayton, who played the flanker position, was a vital component to the passing game and the running game with his blocking ability. Dominik caved and not only re-signed Clayton he committed the cardinal sin of overpaying him.*  In 2011 when linebackers Barrett Ruud and Quincy Black were both heading towards free agency, Morris, who was also the defensive coordinator, wanted both back. When Dominik said that wasn’t happening because Ruud was a shell of his former self, was losing step and getting beat up, while Black lacked instincts and intelligence, Morris became livid. Dominik finally relented and asked Morris to pick one and that he wasn’t going to re-sign both. . . . Dominik gulped as he reluctantly signed Black to a five-year, $29-million contract with $11.5 million guaranteed.*  Also in 2011, offensive coordinator Greg Olson was adamant about re-signing right tackle Jeremy Trueblood. Dominik vetoed the move because of Trueblood’s declining skills and penchant for penalties, and that upset Olson. *  In 2013, Dominik listened too much to new wide receivers coach John Garrett, who raved about Dallas wide receiver Kevin Ogletree, whom he had recruited to and coached at the University of Virginia, as well as with the Cowboys. Dominik regretfully signed Ogletree in free agency and he was a bust, as many predicted, and released a few games into the regular season.***If you haven't made these statements before (and I don't recall ever reading them), are you basing them on information you just recently got (presumably from the departing Dominick) or have you had this information and have been sitting on it?  Thanks.

Man, that can't happen if the marky mark report keep giving us these bs stories and excuses.

Scott is buddies with Mark,  so he is the source of all this new found info.  What you see here is Dummynik's side of the story. One he's telling in an extremely butthurt frame of mind.I'm sure you'd hear a much different version from others in the front office.

I'll let it go when Dummynik stops going around as an anonymous source spreading BS..He is the one who needs to let it go. He sucked as a GM after we gave him 5 years to build this team. Shut up and go beg some other team for a regional scouting gig....bum.
