Tailgate before the Packers Game

I'm going to the game on Sunday with a couple of people. Any ideas on where to hang before the game? Is it true you are not allowed to tailgate before the game in the parking lot? We were thinking of Winghouse, Brickhouse, Alehouse. Any other spots worth considering?
