I for one this time around will be hoping for a HC with some kind of NFL HC/Coordinator experience this time around. I felt that Mike Zimmer should have been hired after my 1st Choice Chip Kelly turned us down. The Bucs decided not to go this route. My fallback would be Jay Gruden. The Glazers would never hire Jay Gruden. Never ever in a million years. They practically threw his brother out of the building when he pissed them off in a meeting.

And the short sightedness of the Glazer Boys is the main reason this team sucks so badly. They need to hire a GM that actually knows how to run a team. The Owners need to take a step backwards and let Professional Football personnel run the Football side of the business.

My big question with Kubiak is do Bucs have the personnel on OL to run his system?Personally I think the Bucs line right now is more suited for the Power game that Rainey flourished with in his early success...
