Teams having Cold Feet on Sweat?

Montez Sweat's draft stock is cooling fast, so much so that he won't be attending the draft. Teams are worried about his heart condition. He has an enlarged heart, but cardiologists say he can play. He may drop to round 2, but some team will take the gamble at that point. Its not that much of a stretch to think that a player going mid first round drops to early 2nd if teams get cold feet, especially if there are other players who fit their needs. Should the Bucs be that team?
