is worth a look? I mean, the Aints get Griff back (I highly suspect he winds up back in New Orleans after this season), whom Bilbo Payton has always liked...so perhaps losing Teddy wouldn’t hurt them so much. And then the Bucs have an accurate, albeit a more timid throwing QB regarding deep passes, in Ted Bridgewater. Let Jameis battle it out with Ted B for the QB1 spot.
Ted B is slight of frame, sure, but he can spin a tight spiral with accuracy, particularly the short/mid range targets. And he can throw an occasional deep shot, so he has that element, although not a strong suit. We would get to see more YAC plays as a result of his accuracy, imagine not having to see Adam Hump or Mike Evans, or Cameron Brate having to extend upwards, exposing their rib cages to waiting defenders? Would be nice to see a Qb being able to lead a receiver effectively...
