Tedford Replacements?

Just learned on SR's Fab 5 that Tedford will not be returning in 2015. Seems like there was a conflict between Tedford and the organization after his medical procedure....interesting that wasn't covered more like last year's drama.Are we keeping Arroyo as OC, demoting him back to QB coach? or hiring a replacement?Who would you like to see brought in? Lane Kiffin, Sporano, Chudzinski, Weis, anyone from Chip Kelly's staff?I think it would be unfair to let go of Arroyo considering he was thrown into the fire. He's young and would like to give him a chance to develop with some of the young players on offense as a QB coach or some type of offensive assistant.
