Teddy is on par with Aaron Rodgers? Wow. Well, If Tedford thinks so then maybe it's worth it?
Tb is overrated. Manziel has proved he should at least be able to own poor nfl defenses, tb hasn't proven much by comparison of competition.
I'd trade this year's first and fourth and next year's 2nd
It's gonna take more than that though, look what Washington had to give up to move from 4 to 2.
How about our 1st, 2nd, and Glennon? ;)

Is Bridgewater as highly coveted as RG3? I don't think so. And any GM can point to that and say "everyone saw how that turned out, no one will pay that much again"
SR thinks Derek Carr is more likely for the Bucs. Not at 1 obviously.
MH hit the nail on the head. Trade value should be less this year. Not by a lot, but it should be.

When did he prove that?
If we don't trade up with the kind of offers going around between the Rams and now the Cows...I'll eat my legs.

Trade value is determined by the market. The fact that both the Texans and Rams are testing the market with their picks bring the value down a bit; however, there are still lots of teams in the top 10 that are QB needy. So that will bring the value back up.
The problem with that trade up is that it would cost too much. If the right QB comes to you, you take him, but you can't force it. And really, if you are going to sell out for a QB like that, I'd rather wait until next year. You get a year to check out Glennon, This draft seems fairly deep at pass rusher, and I think OL, and Jameis seems like less of a risk to sell out for than Teddy.
No freakin way to we trade future 1st and 2nd round picks to move up to #1 or #2 overall. The hype train hasn't even started yet for guys like Bridgewater, Clowney, Matthews, etc... By April, you are kidding yourselves if you think they won't want multiple #1s and 2s for the chance to draft a "franchise QB" or a "once in a decade DE". If we want a QB, we can get one at 7 or if Oakland doesn't see their guy there and wants to try to get a 4th or a future 3rd to move down a couple of slots, make the move to 5 to get ahead of the Falcons to get the OL or DE we covet. We have a new coach and lots of cap room and need to add players, specifically to the OL/DL and WR/TE positions to fit our new coaches. We need the picks we have to get these players. We dont have our 3rd and 6th rounders this year and no other additional picks and probably wont get any compensatory picks. We dont have the ammo to make this megatrade if we wanted to and do even want to if we did
