That PAT change?

I see some stuff on how Tebow makes sense for Chip Kelly because of the changes to the extra point.  Kelly had previously said Tebow was a power runner who didn't really fit his philosophy...Given that, which of the top draft picks might benefit  from the rule change?  You can lose some close games if you don't get that aspect right...
