One of the complaints Arizona fans had about Arians when he was coach was their terrible special teams play and his refusal to fire Amos Jones the Special Teams Coordinator, because of his extreme loyalty to his assistants. Anyway, now that Arians has hired Amos Jones to be an Assistant Special Teams Coordinator for the Bucs I decided to do a little digging around on the guy to find out why their fans thought he was so terrible.
