Other than McDonald and Dotson and a few up and comers the cupboard is pretty much bare. Do not waste money on safeties and wide receivers before the lines are addressed.#2 Do not draft based on need. Draft the best player available, also with lowest risks. I was a huge advocate for drafting Kuechly. Although draft nicks said there was "no value" drafting a LB top ten, we eventually wound up taking Barron with the pick. Hard workers and stable personalities always trump the partiers and skirt chasers ...even with less talent (i.e. measurable metrics)#3. How do they fire a 4-12 coach and replace him with a 2-14 coach? This is a make or break year for this coaching crew.
